In order to make your purchase experience the best it can be, here are some guidelines pertaining to purchases and shipping.
In case of commissions, please check all special specs at this page.
PAYMENT
Each painting that is available for purchase has either of the following:
It shows the Add to cart button and in this case the artwork's price includes global shipping via courier. Direct payments on my website are accepted through Paypal and all major Credit Cards.
It has a link and can be purchased on Cohart and in this case there is a 8% domestic | 10% international shipping rate (check in the artwork page all info on where the painting is located, either in Italy or the US. PLEASE NOTE: Cohart Inc. is a US based company that supports me (and many other artists) with the shipping of the majority of my works: they offer several payment methods (e.g. Credit Cards, PayPal) and offer also payments in instalments via Klarna.
If an artwork is marked as sold, it means that the painting is no longer available, but you can contact me in case you wish to commission a piece along a similar concept.
SHIPPING
Shipping of paintings purchased either on my website or via Cohart will be made via courier and are insured.
TIMELINE
Paintings are usually shipped within three (3) business days inside UE.
In case of shipping outside UE I'll have to obtain the export documents from the Italian Cultural Heritage Office which can take up to 10 days: then shipping can take place within two (2) business days after obtaining the documents.
TAXES AND DUTIES
The buyer will be responsible for paying the duties, taxes and brokerage fees - if any - determined by the destination country.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with a painting that was purchased on my website, notification must be made to me within fourteen (14) days and the painting returned to me within seven (7) days from the notification date. It must be in the original packing and shipped to me at the buyer's expense, with tracking and insurance included. I will issue a full refund of the purchase price, as long as it is received back in the original condition.
In case of a painting purchased on Cohart, their T&C apply: Basically, orders shipped with Cohart are eligible for 100% money-back guarantee, easy returns within a 48 hour window. All purchases includes digital certificates of authenticity.
IN CASE OF DAMAGE
If the package arrives damaged, please tell the courier that you accept the parcel with reservation and contact me within 48 hours with pictures of the damage. Keep the original shipping carton and packaging materials - I’ll liaise with the courier to provide you with further instructions.
Purchase, shipping & returns
Art prints
I work with a fully end-to-end carbon neutral printing partner, so all prints and framed printed artworks (and their delivery) are certified carbon neutral. All papers and wood-based materials are sourced from Forestry Stewardship Council certified sustainable sources.
Packaging materials have been carefully selected to reduce the impact on the environment whilst still ensuring your artwork gets to you in perfect condition. Plastics are kept to a minimum and all packaging materials are sustainably sourced, being a mixture of recycled, recyclable or biodegradable materials.
SHIPPING
For all prints purchased via the ‘add to cart button’ on my website, the price includes free global shipping to almost every country in the world. Should your address not be accepted at checkout, please contact me and I will find a solution.
For prints purchased via Cohart, there is a 8% domestic | 10% international shipping rate. Please contact me or Cohart as we may also organize the shipping directly from the printer (usually based in Germany or UK).
TIMELINE
Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 days directly from the printer and would thereafter arrive within 1-2 weeks to the UK or Europe and in 2-3 weeks to North America. Other destinations may vary (please allow up to four weeks). You will receive a tracking number via email upon dispatch.
All shipments are made using the most efficient and cost effective shipping route, via Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, DHL, TNT or UPS.
TAX AND DUTIES
Customers may have to pay a customs clearance fee as required by your port of delivery.
RETURNS
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged print artwork, tell the courier that you accept the parcel with reservation and contact me within 48 hours with pictures of the damage. Once confirmed, I will endeavour to replace the edition, free of cost. In the event that I am unable to replace the edition, I will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged printed artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity.
