In order to make your purchase experience the best it can be, here are some guidelines pertaining to purchases and shipping.
Please note: The artwork's price includes global shipping via courier.

PAYMENT
Each painting that is available for purchase has an Add to cart button. If it’s marked as sold, it means that the painting is no longer available, but you can contact me in case you wish to commission a piece along a similar concept. Payments are accepted through Paypal and all major Credit Cards.
SHIPPING
Shipping will be made via courier and will be insured.
TIMELINE
Paintings are usually shipped within three (3) business days. Please note: in case of shipping outside UE I'll have to obtain the export documents from the Cultural Heritage Office, and shipping can take place within three (2) business days after obtaining the documents.
TAXES AND DUTIES
The buyer will be responsible for paying the duties, taxes and brokerage fees - if any - determined by the destination country.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with a painting, notification must be made to me within fourteen (14) days and the painting returned to me within seven (7) days from the notification date. It must be in the original packing and shipped to me at the buyer's expense, with tracking and insurance included. I will issue a full refund of the purchase price, as long as it is received back in the original condition.
IN CASE OF DAMAGE
If the package arrives damaged, please keep the original shipping carton and packaging materials and call the courier for further instructions.

Art prints
I work with a fully end-to-end carbon neutral printing partner, so all prints and framed printed artworks (and their delivery) are certified carbon neutral. All papers and wood-based materials are sourced from Forestry Stewardship Council certified sustainable sources.
Packaging materials have been carefully selected to reduce the impact on the environment whilst still ensuring your artwork gets to you in perfect condition. Plastics are kept to a minimum and all packaging materials are sustainably sourced, being a mixture of recycled, recyclable or biodegradable materials.
SHIPPING
I provide free global shipping for all prints and printed framed artworks to almost every country in the world. Should your address not be accepted at checkout, please contact me and I will try to find a solution.
TIMELINE
Orders are dispatched within 3-5 days and would thereafter arrive within 1-2 weeks to the UK or Europe and in 2-3 weeks to North America. Other destinations may vary (please allow up to four weeks). You will receive a tracking number via email upon dispatch.
All shipments are made using the most efficient and cost effective shipping route, via Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, DHL, TNT or UPS.
TAX AND DUTIES
Customers may have to pay a customs clearance fee as required by your port of delivery.
RETURNS
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged print artwork, please contact me within 48 hours with pictures of the damage. Once confirmed, I will endeavour to replace the edition, free of cost. In the event that I am unable to replace the edition, I will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged printed artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity.
