Concept
This painting takes me to the beach, where small wavy ripples of the water on the seashore draw endless lines in the sand. I love the live pulse I feel every time I look at such scenes - it's like being taken by the hand and being led someplace quiet and welcoming.
Technique
This original mixed media artwork is made with acrylic colors, gesso, resins mixed with sands. Being richly textured, it gives the viewer both a visual and a tactile experience.
