Concept
This small abstract landscape painting, part of a series of four, comes from this idea: when we are able to let go of fears and hold on our values, the line of the horizon becomes the starting point for a new plan, a new us.
Technique, size and support
This original mixed media (11.8x11.8x1.4" - 30x30x3.5cm) artwork on gallery wrapped canvas, is made with acrylic colors, gesso, resins mixed with sands. Being richly textured, it gives the viewer both a visual and a tactile experience. It's signed on the back by the author and ready to hang.
