Concept
When working on this abstract I was mulling over the delicate relationship between aspirations and fears. It’s a struggle that makes me grow and that, in the very end, I deeply enjoy. With its informal white, gray and light blue shapes, this painting suggests me both calmness and excitement.
Technique
This original mixed media artwork is made with acrylic colors, gesso, resins mixed with sands. Being richly textured, it gives the viewer both a visual and a tactile experience.
