Concept
The white, black and gold colours of this abstract painting were inspired by the emotions of running free, early in the morning. Me and the street, and the awareness of being in my own skin. I love the sense of flow and freshness it stirs in me.
Technique
This original mixed media artwork is made with acrylic colors, gesso, resins mixed with sands. The yellow color also has some golden metallic pigments in it, and it shines under proper lightning conditions. Being richly textured, it gives the viewer both a visual and a tactile experience.
