Concept
This tondo gives me the idea of a view that is quietly bustling with life, full of slow constant energy. It's been inspired by the peace and pleasure I feel when, looking at the horizon, I feel that what it outside - wind, water, a flock of birds - finds a place inside me. It's a ceaseless feeling of beauty and life.
Technique
This original mixed media artwork is made with acrylic colors, gesso, resins mixed with sands. Being richly textured, it gives the viewer both a visual and a tactile experience.
