Concept
The colors of this painting are often suggested to me by the rosy and reddish stripes of clouds in the sky at dawn. For this soothing landscape I was especially inspired by the sunset lights of summer in Italy. Looking at them always warms my mood and makes me feel part of nature.
Technique
This original mixed media artwork is made with acrylic colors, gesso, resins mixed with sands. Being richly textured, it gives the viewer both a visual and a tactile experience.
Size and support
Size: 15.7x23.6x0.7" (40x60x1.8cm) artwork on wrapped canvas. It's signed on the back and ready to hang.
