Searching the wind
Concept
Searching the wind is a large pale blue abstract landscape painting. I was driven by the springtime atmosphere, when the mornings are still cold and looking at the cloudy sky makes me feel so alive. The neutral and pastel colours of this airy canvas suggest me the beauty and rhythms of air, clouds, birds, lights, sky and the arrival of the new.
Technique
This original mixed media artwork is made with acrylic colors, gesso, resins mixed with sands. Being richly textured, it gives the viewer both a visual and a tactile experience.
