Song for a glacier
Concept
I grew up surrounded by mountains. Snow and ice are engraved in some of my dearest memories. The liveliness and energy I feel when I’m looking at snowcapped tops is immense. Now glaciers are fast disappearing in Italy. This fills me with sadness and nostalgia. I hope future generations will be able to keep seeing snow-capped mountains for a long long time.

Mixed media artwork is made with acrylic colors, gesso, resins mixed to sands.
